The default Username and Password for Administrator is like below.
- Username: root
- Password: admin
If the modified Administrator’s password is lost, there is no possibility to find the password.
The network camera needs to be reset by restoring the factory default settings and reconfigure the device.
Here is the instruction how to perform a factory default
1.Please locate the network camera’s reset button.
Depending on camera types, reset button is located like below pictures.
2.Please keep pressing the reset button until the network camera automatically restarts.
3.The administrator’s password is initialized to the default value – ‘admin’.
※ Since the factory default process initializes the device’s all values including IP address, the network camera should be configured again.
1.Registered hostname through Autoipset.com account.

All hostnames that registered through Autoipset.com account can be managed if you login to www.autoipset.com like below. User can check registered devices’ network status and can access to each network camera by selecting hostname on the list.

2.Registered hostname with ‘Enable Anonymous’ option

If the registered hostname is lost, please re-register a hostname for the device.
Newly registered hostname will be automatically updated to autoipset.com even though the device was registered at autoipset.com with a different hostname before.
Please send the e-mail address that you provided to us when you create your account at autoipset.com to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send the username and temporary password after verification process. User must modify the password after login with the temporary password.
Please check the following options are correctly set at network camera’s event configuration menu.
1.Please check whether ‘Enable Event’ option is set at Event Enable menu.
2.Please check whether ‘Sensor/Motion Detection’ option is set at Event Mode menu.
3.Please check whether ‘Send image to email(SMTP)[..SMTP]’ option is set at Event Output menu.
If your network camera configuration is set like above, please refer to SMTP configuration at Network Camera Setting.
1.Please check MIC / Line In cable is correctly connected to network camera.
2.Please go to Network Camera’s Setting -> Audio & Video -> Audio page.br>
3.Please check the following options at audio configuration page.
- Please check Enable Audio option is checked.
- Please check audio input source is properly selected between Microphone and Line.
4.Please select Save button to save modified Audio setup.
5.Please check the Client PC audio status.
(Client PC must play music without any problem)
6.Please go to Network Camera’s Setting -> Live View page and select speaker button to enable sound.
- Exceed the maximum number of concurrent users
If the following message is pop up when you access to the network camera, you should increase the maximum number of concurrent users or wait until other users disconnect their connection.
User can set the maximum number of concurrent users to the network camera at Network Camera Setting -> Audio & Video -> RTP like below.
- Invalid connection address
User can access to the Network Camera if user inputs network camera’s registered hostname(IP address) and HTTP port information at Internet Explorer’s address bar.
Ex) HTTP port is 80 (Default Value) – http://hostname.autoipset.com or 18.104.22.168
Ex) HTTP port is not the default value – http://hostname.autoipset.com:http port or 22.214.171.124:http port
Ex) HTTP port is 8080 - http://hostname.autoipset.com:8080 or 126.96.36.199:8080
User must input correct Network camera information at CMS program like below.
Server Name : Please input any name that you prefer.
Type : Please select Network Solution.
Produce : Please select the network camera model name.
Stream Type : Please select Main.
Server address : Please input the network camera’s hostname(or IP address).
Access Port : Please input the network camera’s HTTP port.
User ID / Password : Please input the Network Camera’s login information.

1. Hostname : Network Camera Setting -> Network Setup -> UPnP / DDNS / Bonjour
2.Http port : Network Camera Setting -> Network Setup -> HTTP
- Router Configuration
If the network camera is connected to the Internet through a router, user must open Network Camera’s ports at the router configuration page for remote monitoring.
Here is the list of the Network Camera port information that must be opened at the router configuration for remote monitoring.
1. Http port : Network Camera Setting -> Network Setup -> HTTP
2. RTSP port : Network Camera Setting -> Audio & Video -> RTP
3. CMS port : Network Camera Setting -> CMS
In order to open ports at the router, user must set port-forwarding configuration for each ports. For more detail regarding port-forwarding configuration, please refer to the router manufacture’s user manual.
In order to monitor network camera, DirectX must be installed to the client PC correctly.
User can check the PC’s DirectX installation status with DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
1. Please go to Windows Start -> Run.
2. Please type dxdiag, and then please select OK button.
3. If DirectX Diagnostic Tool window appears, please select Display tab.
User can check DirectX features.
4. DirectDraw Acceleration and Direct3D Acceleration must be enabled. Otherwise, please update the graphic driver to the latest version or install DirectX.
5. DirectX file can be downloadable from Microsoft Download Center.
